The free version comes with email notifications feature that enables you to receive the results via email notifications.
To set up email notifications, please go to your form builder and click on the notifications icon then click on “Add a new notification”:
After email notifications set up, save your form and you will now receive the results via email.
Why are emails not working?
If you have set up email notifications and you still don’t receive any email. You have to do the following steps:
1- Check your spam folder
2- Contact your host provider
The issue is most probably related to your mail server, so contacting your host provider might help in this case
3- Use SMTP plugin
Using SMTP plugin can help in your case and it is mostly the best solution for this case.
