How to setup
1. Go to the form you want to connect with Capsule CRM and click Integrations Tab.
2. Click the “Connect” button.
3. For the first time, you need to connect your Capsule CRM account with Quill Forms.
- Go to Your Capsule CRM account dashboard.
- Click on your profile picture.
- Click on My Preferences.
- Click on “API Authentication Tokens”.
- Click on the “Generate New API Token” button.
- Choose the following scopes:
- Read information from your Capsule account.
- Create, update, and delete information from your Capsule account.
- Update user preferences.
- Click on the “Generate Token” button.
- Copy the API Access Token and paste it into the instructions screen.
- Click the “Add” button.
4. Select the action, and Map Capsule CRM fields.
