Plugin Licensing
Quill Forms and all extensions, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
Warranty
Quill Forms is done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, Quill Forms is guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress for Quill Forms and extensions. Because the number and variety of plugins are vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using Quill Forms. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
Support
Quill Forms is distributed “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.Support is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.
We will provide instruction and/or supporting documentation regarding setup, configuration, and technical troubleshooting as it pertains to our products. We do not provide support for third-party integrations and may ask that you disable these add-ons to better assist you. We can provide customizations and development assistance with a custom fee not as a part of our support. Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active. Support and updates for Quill Forms are provided as long as Quill Forms is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, QUILLTHEMES LTD will no longer be responsible for providing support for Quill Forms:
- Quill Forms is no longer actively developed as a viable product under QUILLTHEMES LTD.
- Quill Forms or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
- WordPress is no longer actively developed.
- Usage of the plugin in adult, alcoholic, illegal drugs related sites or any impermissible businesses by Islamic law (this may lead to disable the license and terminate the account)
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
Subscription
Terms herein that govern Subscriptions are in addition to and cumulative with the other terms in this Agreement. Subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required for automatic upgrades and support for purchased extensions. At the end of each year, if you have not cancelled your Subscription or opted out of automatic renewal, your Subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged the purchase price at the time you purchased your Subscription or the Renewal Rate, whichever is higher, after applying any discounts for which you may be eligible. You may cancel automatic renewal by following the procedure at quillforms.com or by means as we may otherwise communicate to you. Cancellation automatically and immediately terminates your eligibility for any discounts or other benefits that may be associated with your Subscription.
You may not transfer your Subscription to another individual or organization without the express consent of Quill Forms. Transfer of your Subscription automatically and immediately terminates your Subscription and your eligibility for any discounts or other benefits that may be associated with your Subscription.
Software Updates
If you have a valid and active license key as a result of having purchased a Subscription, you will receive updates for the duration of your Subscription. Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard if your license key is active under Quill Forms-> Settings -> License in your WordPress dashboard. If you are unable to get automatic updates from your dashboard, updates can be downloaded from your account page while your license is active.
Price Changes
Prices of all products are subject to change. Quill Forms reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice.
License Usage
Quill Forms grants each customer one or more non-transferable license(s) to use the software for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package.
Where the license package allows the software to be used on multiple sites the customer/license-holder may not sell the originally-purchased license key provided by Quill Forms, to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key. Quill Forms will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.Refund policy

At Quill Forms, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for all purchases within 14 days of payment. If you’re not completely satisfied with our product for any reason, simply request a refund within this period, and we’ll process it promptly.

To request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket through our customer portal. Our team will process your request without requiring justification or explanations.

After Receiving a Refund
By accepting a refund, you agree to:
- Deactivate the plugin from your website(s)
- Uninstall the plugin from your system(s)
- Discontinue use of the product

If you’re experiencing technical issues, our support team remains available to help through our forum. We encourage you to reach out to us before requesting a refund, as we may be able to resolve your concerns.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by QuillForms.
QUILLTHEMES LTD has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that QUILLTHEMES LTD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
